Pixiv is iffy due their TOS being sketchy as hell.

Clearly, it's time for NewGrounds, the website that gave me so much joy and entertainment in the turn of the millenium to rise up as a site to upload stuff, archive it too. I see the community is very much active and that puts a smile on my face. Maybe I should try doing a flash animation sometime...
